Decades of experience earned by Pasticceria Freni in making marzipan have been enhanced with scientific studies, conducted with Food Techology doctors and partially made subject of Degree thesis at the Milan University of Science and Technology of Food in 1992 and 2016.
The Freni Marzipan has seen more than 30 years of studies and scientific developments, resulting in nowadays product, a very natural one, no food preservatives used in the making, long lasting and always tasting amazingly.
