The sicilian sorbet is that tasteful product, with a very fine texture, where every spoon gives a mouthful of taste and flavour.
It is definitely not crushed ice with syrup, but a blend of ingredients skillfully frozen to the right consistency.
The production of our sicilian sorbets is home made in accordance with the tradition.
Each one of the sorbets we serve comes from ancient recepies, where only fresh and first choice ingredients can be found: fruit, only fresh and as per season, almonds, hazel-nuts and pistachios are toasted by us and then blended according to times and temperatures we chose so as to give taste and flavour to a unique product intended to satisfy and refresh during hot summers.
