Some of our customers suffer from food allergies or intolerances.
They often ask about Pasticceria Freni products that they can eat without any risk.

products made without flour, not even in small quantities:

  • Freni Marzipan:  Marzipan Fruit, Plain Marzipan, Marzipan and Chocolate, Marzipan and Dried Fruit

  • Candied Fruit:  top quality Candied Fruit (apricots, cherries, citrus, orange peels, figs, mandarins, melon, pears, pumpkin), Candied Fruit and Chocolate, Marzipan e Candied Fruit

  • Almond Paste: Almond cookies, Pistachio from Bronte cookies, Tea time Almond paste cookies


MILK or LACTOSE allergy or intolerance:
products made without milk or lactose, not even in small quantities:
